To accommodate our customers, we give options at check out for them to choose the best delivery service for their address. When the order is complete, we process within 3 to 5 business days and send out on that business day or the following day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Most of the delivery options supply a tracking link that is sent to the email you use when placing your order. On the rare occasion your package is lost, we help to track the package for our customers. Sometimes, there are unforeseen issues, like addresses incorrectly entered, bad weather or simply an error by the shipping company. We ask our customers to please be patient and if it is simply too long for delivery, we will send out another package or refund. At that time, we will ask our customer to refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us. Otherwise, we will send an electronic shipping label to send back one of the packages.
