Refund and Exchange Policy
We want our clients and customers to be happy with their purchases from Nustad Family Ranch. We allow a store credit for the first 30 days of the purchase date. If a product is defective or absolutely doesn't work for an individual, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the purchase date and explain your reason for a desired return. If you have followed all the guidelines and Nustad family Ranch grants a return for a refund or exchange, you will receive a "Return Confirmation Number" to include when shipping back to the below address within 5 business days. Shipping Fees are not refundable.
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened products. Due to the nature of these items, and to comply with safety regulations of Covid-19 for the states of California, these items cannot be returned:
Opened sanitary or self care products such as lotions, hydrosols and soap.
Flowers and all items MUST be returned in the box that they arrived in for a full refund. This helps protect both buyer and seller against damaged items.
Please note that we do have a restocking fee of 10% per order. As a small family owned business, this helps us cover our costs of operation and provide you with the best customer service.
Our products are small batch and fresh, therefore if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, kindly send us an email to email@example.com for a "Return Confirmation Number". Once you receive notification of your approved RCN, you may send your item to: 225 Crossroads Blvd. Suite 440, Carmel, California US 93923. Postage is not refundable or reimbursed.
