Shipping Policy

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout so you can choose the service that best meets your needs.

• Bath & Body Products: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Dried Florals & Floral Arrangements: Because each arrangement is handcrafted to order, these products typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

Orders are shipped the same day they are completed or the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, hotel guest information, business names, or any other delivery details required by the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, we are often unable to change, reroute, or intercept the package. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unavailable to receive delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Custom Orders & Event Dates

Many of our dried floral arrangements and custom orders are purchased for weddings, showers, holidays, and other special events. While we make every effort to meet requested or estimated "Ship By" dates, these dates are production estimates only and are not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, transportation delays, routing errors, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect transit times.

If your order is needed for a specific event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance and selecting an expedited shipping option whenever available. Purchasing close to an important event date carries inherent risk, and Nustad Family Ranch cannot guarantee delivery by any specific event date, even if an estimated ship-by date has been provided.

If you have a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can determine whether your requested timeline is realistically achievable.

Delayed, Lost & Returned Packages

Shipping delays occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are happy to assist customers by contacting the shipping carrier and helping investigate delayed shipments.

If a package is lost in transit or returned to us by the shipping carrier, Nustad Family Ranch is not automatically responsible for issuing a refund or replacement. Each situation is reviewed individually based on the carrier's findings and the circumstances surrounding the shipment.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, refusal of delivery, hotel forwarding issues, business closures, or other customer-related delivery problems are not eligible for an automatic refund. If the package is successfully returned to us, we are happy to reship the order once the customer pays the applicable shipping charges.

Orders marked Delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen after delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a carrier claim. While we will do everything reasonably possible to help, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages after confirmed delivery.

If a replacement shipment is sent while the original package is still in transit, we may request that the original package be refused upon delivery or returned using a prepaid return label.

Small-Batch Production

Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness while minimizing the use of preservatives. We also strive to reduce unnecessary waste, packaging, and shipping whenever possible. For that reason, we carefully evaluate delayed shipments before sending replacements.
