Our lavender bundles are crafted from freshly harvested True Grosso Lavender stems (Lavandula × intermedia 'Grosso') that are carefully arranged to dry inside the Main Barn. Bundles are made from the True Grosso variety which is contains the highest lavender essential oil content of any lavender. In addition, the other flowers as seen are also grown on the farm.
*Please note that items may arrive in condensed condition for packaging and delivery purposes. Items will need to be fanned out for display and to reach full circumference.
The aroma of each bundle will last for 7-8 months. Make sure to store outside of direct sunlight for the longest life. Colors of flowers may vary due to the nature of monitors, dried flowers and seasons. PLEASE contact us if you have any questions about current flowers.
* All of our lavender is grown 100% certified organic and harvested by our family from our lavender farm in Carmel Valley California. All bundles are carefully wrapped in paper and padded to minimize bud loss during shipping. We ship via USPS. If you are ordering more than 2 bundles please contact us for a custom shipping quote. It's often lower than the automatic calculation.
Due to the nature of dried flowers, some petal loss is inevitable. We do our best to minimize petal loss by carefully packaging the flowers and always purchase insurance on our parcels.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns available within 7 days & subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges on unused un-opened items, buyer pays shipping.
SHIPPING
To accommodate our customers, we give options at check out for them to choose the best delivery service for their address. When the order is complete, we process within 3 to 5 business days and send out on that business day or the following day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Most of the delivery options supply a tracking link that is sent to the email you use when placing your order. On the rare occasion your package is lost, we help to track the package for our customers. Sometimes, there are unforeseen issues, like addresses incorrectly entered, bad weather or simply an error by the shipping company. We ask our customers to please be patient and if it is simply too long for delivery, we will send out another package or refund. At that time, we will ask our customer to refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us. Otherwise, we will send an electronic shipping label to send back one of the packages.
